Mission Statement

To provide quality property management and affordable, quality housing consistent with budgetary and legislative provisions.

Key responsibilities

The Housing Operations Department is responsible for the property management of 2,090 low-income housing units. The housing stock consists of a single family, hi-rise and row house units. The department also takes care of fleet maintenance, grounds care, procurement and maintenance.
