The East St. Louis Housing Authority (ESLHA) provides affordable housing opportunities for low and middle-income groups.  What makes ESLHA is special is its no-discrimination policy.  The ESLHA oversees 2,090 units of public housing, which include 4,748 residents. 

ESLHA works in close collaboration with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Besides, it has successfully built key partnerships with others.
